beach / sauna / eat
Come for a sauna and a picnic at Lawrencetown Beach. You will be guided step-by-step through a gentle hot-cold cycle: the beach, the sauna, cool rinses, essential oil applications, and drinks and snacks. We're happy to be offering kombucha, sourdough bread, produce and cheese made in Nova Scotia.
The location is a private property one minute walk from to shore. There is a secluded outdoor shower, cosy lounge areas indoors and out, and a separate change room. Towels are provided.
We suggest walking the trail or beach from the provincial park lot before or after your sauna visit. Please let us know if we can provide suggestions.
